Exchange and Return Policy
What is your pin return policy?
As all of our fan art is one of a kind, we do not generally offer returns. In the event of receiving a damaged pin, or a pin that the customer feels is outside the purchased grade, please send us a message via the Contact Us form, we will evaluate the request and reply promptly.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations on pins incur a 15% restocking fee to cover the credit card/site fees incurred from accidental purchases/refunds.
Abusing the return and cancellation policies will result in loss of privileges.
What if my package got lost/damaged in the mail?
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do once the pin is in the hand of the carrier. We recommend filing a missing mail request directly with them. In the US, missing mail requests are much easier than they used to be and is a quick online form here https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
