What is your pin return policy?

Exchanges/returns will be accepted if we incorrectly graded a pin. Standard pins can be exchanged if a similar standard pin is available. Flawed pins are only exchangeable at our discretion, reach out and let us know what the issue is. For returns, please send us a message via the Contact Us form and we will reply promptly. Return shipping not included.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations incur a 5% restocking fee to cover the credit card/site fees incurred from accidental purchases/refunds.

 

What if my package got lost/damaged in the mail?

Unfortunately, there is nothing much we can do once the pin is in the hand of the carrier. We recommend filing a claim directly with them.
