Shipping Policy

In Hand Products will be securely packaged to the best of our abilities and sent within 1-3 days of the order being received. Presale orders vary based on manufacturing lead times. We may charge separate shipping if you combine in hand and presale products in a single order but we'll do our best to combine your orders in consolidated packages.

Tracking information will be sent to the email provided for US, Canada, and most international orders. 

For international orders specifically, orders to the following countries ship with tracking information included: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Colombia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and Vietnam.

For Mexico, our carrier doesn't commit to it but in our experience so far they have all had local tracking numbers as well. Please list your Mexico RFC number in the shipping information. 

For Brazil, please list your CPF number in the shipping information.

For international orders to other countries not listed above, please note there is no tracking information available from our carrier. 

International orders are often subject to customs duties or fees which are charged by delivery providers to adhere to local requirements. 

USPS First Class Mail takes around 5-8 business days. Priority Mail takes about 3-5 days. Our international deliveries vary widely from 1 to 4 weeks depending on local delivery providers.

Delays might occur because of holidays, events, weather, etc..  Please contact your carrier or post office if you see considerable delays.
